We at ISPY HQ are so excited about having for the first time a dedicated programme to match your specific needs and interests. We have called it ispyPLUS. ispyPLUS will run alongside the last 3 days of ISPY (September 15th – 17th inclusive). We hope you will be there as a part of your ISPY deleagtion, if not then you are more than welcome to attend alone. Not only will this result in greater standing and cooperation between all parties, it makes logistical and financial sense too. Our industry only needs one event as long as that event is professionally organised, the content is relevant and thought provoking and there is plenty of networking time built in. ispyPLUS promises to deliver on all counts.
ispyPLUS day one
Begins with a conference entitled 'Dreaming or Streaming ahead' an indepth look into new revenue streams. Key industry figures from both airlines and suppliers will present what they have been doing.
We will also share with you the research we are currently carrying out on how and why passengers convert into shoppers.
This will be followed by a late lunch and the afternoon session kicks off with a ‘speed networking session’. This will enable everyone to meet everyone else, see if there is any common interest and if there is, diarise an appointment during one of the daily structured networking sessions. Another first for ispyPLUS.
In the evening everyone will come together for an informal and fun, ‘Night at the Races’, kindly sponsored by DFASS and Diageo USA.
ispyPLUS day two
The morning progammme consists of 2 workshops. Workshop No 1 is presented by Gate Gourmet which focuses on the environement and Workshop No 2 is faciltated by David Spillane who will lead a panel of experts and the audience through a hourney of exploration. Exploration into new revenue streams.
The afternoon programme is dedicated to networking
This evening Alpha will be your hosts at the airline management and sponsor dinner in the ‘Chapel’. This is when the ispyPLUS suppliers of the year UK & Ireland and Rest of the World awards will be presented.
ispyPLUS day 3
The morning programme allows you to join up with your colleagues and experience the unique ISPY product enlightenment sessions, presented by our gold sponsors. The airlines will be treated to an insight into the brands of our gold sponsors as never before. Suppliers will have their own conference where the findings of the Supplier of the year awards voting will be explained and discussed. Add to this more networking opportunities and of course the pinnacle of ISPY; the gala awards evening and you certainly have a day to remember.
