The 4 airlines will present their entry to all airline management on Monday 14th November at ISPY.

There are 3 parts to this initiative:
Part 1 = 25% of total marks
Completion of the ISPY 2011 sales culture online questionnaire. Your results in comparison to the other completed questionnaires will go towards your final score. Please complete by 29th July. Your individual results will be fed back to you along with an analysis of the overall results. You can be assured of 100% confidentiality.
Part 2 = 25% of total marks
Every airline had been requested to send 1 copy of the most recent inflight retail brochures to ISPY HQ by 1st Sept. These will be viewed & judged by a panel including the ISPY Platinum & Gold Sponsors, they will be looking at
- Quality of photography
- General layout
- Innovative product range
- Attention grabbing
- Encourages an increase in transactional spend (promotions, GWP, etc)
We also require at least 25 retail brochures to make available during The Supplier Showcase at ISPY on Wed 16th November.
Part 3 = 50% of total marks
A submission which tells us about what you have doing over the last 18 months to develop a sales culture within your airline. This can be focused on one major or several smaller initiatives. It is entirely up to you. No more than 5000 words please. Video footage may be included. Please send your entries no late than 1st Sept and to ISPY HQ. Swinford House. Court Colman. Bridgend. Finalists will be asked to make a 15 minute presentation of the main points within their submission on Monday 14th Nov to all attending airline management. Their presentation will be followed by a 15 minute question & answer session. Attending airline management will be to complete a simple feedback form on each presentation to assist the judges (ISPY Platinum & Gold Sponsors) with their final decision.
The ISPY 2011 Airline of the Year award will be presented at the ISPY Gala Awards evening.
