Airline of the year - Crew Management
We have made entries for this award a compulsory part of airline participation this year. Airlines that participate at ISPY we believe ‘buy-in’ to the benefits that a sales culture will provide & therefore are regularly creating & implementing new initiatives (small & big).
These initiatives could be related to:
Training
Incentive
Recognition
Promotion
Performance
We want to learn all about what initiatives you have created and implemented over the past 18 months which have helped your airline develop a sales culture. It may be one thing that has had a huge affect, or it may be a series of initiatives carefully structured and rolled out which has worked for you.
We are also providing a new and free of charge service to our ISPY airline clients. Very soon you will be able to access the online TRT sales culture benchmarking service via this website. It is an in-depth questionnaire that will also require input from your Inflight Retail department. Again the completion of this questionnaire is a compulsory part of airline participation in order for us to give each airline meaningful feedback, in 2011 make credible comparisons & take results into consideration for the Airline of the year award.
Your Airline of the Year entry must include:

Name & job title of those involved in completion of the TRT sales culture benchmarking questionnaire
3.
What you did, when you did it and its outcomes
4.
Evidence to support your entry
Your Airline of the Year entry including completion of the TRT sales culture benchmarking questionnaire must reach ISPY HQ no later than 31st July 2010.
