As this is the award for the ‘ISPY’ Airline of the Year, we felt that it was only right that the criteria should be based on the ISPY mission statement, which is ‘Developing a Crew Sales Culture’.
Therefore it will not include any of the following:

The ISPY Airline of the Year judges ISPY Gold & Platinum Sponsors) will solely look for evidence on what & how you and your crew have taken what you have learnt from ISPY and used it to further ‘Develop the Crew Sales Culture’ within your airline.

As KASH is the foundation of the learning at ISPY and we think it is useful as a reference in order to keep your entry on the right track.

•   Skills – Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Secondment’s
•   Habits – Managing Change, Performance Management

Four airlines will be shortlisted and they will be asked to deliver a 15 minute elevator pitch to all those attending ISPY on Tuesday afternoon, including Crew. We will as we did last year, ask each airline delegation to vote for the airline they think deserves the title of ISPY2013 Airline of the Year, based on the delivery and content of the presentations observed.

Your entry should be no more than 5000 words. Video footage, examples of Crew communication i.e Product Guides etc allowed.
