The Airline of the Year Award has been created to reward those airlines that have created and implemented initiatives over the past 18 months which have helped their airline to develop a sales culture.

There are 2 parts to this initiative:

Part 1

Complete the ISPY 2010 sales culture online questionnaire. Your results in comparison to the other 42 airline completed questionnaire will go towards your final score. Please copmplete by June 30th. Your individual results will be fed back to you and trends from the overall results will be presented during the conference. You can be assured of 100% confidentiality.

Part 2

A submission which tell us about what you have doing over the last 18 months to develop a sales culture within your airline. This can be focused on one major or several smaller initiatives. It is entiirely up to you. No more than 5000 words please. Video footage may be included. Please send your entries no late than 30th July and to ISPY HQ. Swinford House. Court Colman. Bridgend. The ISPY 2010 Airline of the Year award will be presented at the ISPY gala awards evening.
