Over the course of the last 9 years, TRT has been building a reputation for organising ISPY; an unrivalled crew sales training, recognition and reward event, which attracts airlines from around the globe and from all sectors.
ispyPLUS will run alongside ISPY next September and provide conferences & workshops to suit the specific needs and interests of key decision makers from Inflight Retail, Concessionaires & Suppliers. There will also be a Speed networking session on day one so that everyone gets the opportunity to ‘introduce’ themselves and arrange a meeting at one of the following daily networking sessions if appropriate. This format paves the way relationships and innovation to prosper.
Airlines are sending a ‘delegation’ representing Crew, Crew management & Buyers. Add this to suppliers and for the first time that one event will bring together all Inflight Retail Stakeholders.
The conference title 'Dreaming or Streaming ahead' takes an indepth insight into new revenue streams.
Wednesday evening is where all delegates get together for our ‘Night at the Races’. You and your colleagues will be put into teams, given a T-shirt to wear, and the team who ‘collectively’ wins the most fake money, are crowned the winners.
Thursday evening promises to be something completely different. The crewwill be relaxing in the beatiful setting of the Beaumont House Hotel gardens, enoying a barbeque with their peers . All other delegates will be hosted by Alpha in the magical setting of the Beaumont House Hotel Chapel. With an international culinary experience promised and the presentation of the ispyPLUS Supplier of the Year awards presented, it will certainly be a night to savour.
If you haven’t been to an ISPY gala awards night before, on Friday evening you are in for a surprise. The excitement has to be seen to be believed; a special experience which will stay with you for a long time to come.
