We are delighted to be able to give you details of the ISPY advanced training and development opportunities for crew who received a highly commended certificate or an award at ISPY 2009.
Because of their success at ISPY they have earned the unique opportunity to further develop their skills, this time in a training capacity.
Next June 21st – 25th inc we will be holding a five day ‘Train to be a Trainer’ course. This course is FOC and will be held at the Beaumont House Hotel & Conference Centre (ISPY 2010 venue), Old Windsor, near LHR. Day one will be a team building day with a fabulous trip to London. All expenses on this day will be met by us, as will lunches throughout the training.
Hotel and other expenses will need to be covered by the airline.
At the end of this week we will select those with the best training potential to attend the next 5 day course; a Train the Trainer specific to delivering training at ISPY, also FOC. This course will be held August 23rd – 27th inc (same venue). Those not invited to attend this course will however, be invited to become a part of the organisational team as an Ambassador whose duties will include mentoring the crew participants.
Training subjects they could be training include:
- Effective use of the PA
- Effective use of product knowledge
- Sales awareness
- Maximising sales techniques
- Maximising your effectiveness
- Product merchandising
- Sales coaching
- Cultural communication
Both weeks will require the crew to attend in uniform.
Crew who come back to ISPY either as a Trainer or as an Ambassador will need to arrive for the actual event on Sunday 12th September no later than 9.00am. There is no charge for them being at ISPY other than the usual hotel costs.
If your airline clients would like their crew to benefit from this unique opportunity and if they agree to all of the points above, please confirm by email to ISPY HQ;
