We at ISPY HQ would like to begin by extending our sincere thanks to all those concessionaires who have in the past, worked tirelessly to ensure that their airline clients participate at ISPY. It is much appreciated and it is never taken for granted.

We know from our records that you usually attend the traditional five day ISPY in order to show your support to your airline clients. In November ispyPLUS will continue to be an integral part of the overall ISPY programme and will take place on the last two days. It will again provide conferences & workshops to suit the specific needs and interests of key decision makers from Inflight Retail, Concessionaires & Suppliers.

Airlines are incentivised to send a ‘delegation’ representing Crew, Crew Management & Buyers. The planned programme will enable all stakeholders to come together, to work and socialise. This combination we believe will lead to a better understanding and appreciation of the role everyone has to play in the success of their airline Inflight Retail offering.
