In order for us to safeguard your investment in ISPY 2010, we have made the decision to restrict entry to the event by suppliers, other than those who have shown their support through sponsorship. This is a first at any event and we hope that this demonstrates our commitment to you and appreciation of your support.

Here is a list of the many ways you will benefit from supporting ISPY:

For crew and their training & performance management ISPY is a five day event. We know that being out of the office for that long is extremely difficult for many of you. So, in order to enable you to maximise your time at ISPY we have put together a three day programme entitled ‘ispyPLUS’. ispyPLUS has been created with your, and that of airline buyers specific needs and interests in mind. We are incentivising airlines to send a ‘delegation’ to ISPY comprising of crew, training & performance management and buyers and we will have a list of confirmed airlines for you by the end of January 2010.

There are many ‘firsts’ at ispyPLUS; speed networking, structured networking, Supplier of the Year awards and a supplier only conference. There will be two ispyPLUS Supplier of the Year awards; UK & Ireland and Rest of the World (as we do for the crew awards). We have with the help of a supplier focus group created a judging criteria for the airline buyers to vote against. Each supplier will receive one to one feedback and the trends from the results presented at the Supplier only conference.
