Over the course of the last 10 years, TRT has been building a reputation for organising ISPY; an unrivalled crew sales training, recognition and reward event, which attracts airlines from around the globe and from all sectors.

Last year ispyPLUS was a three day event and ran alongside ISPY. Next November ispyPLUS will continue to be an integral part of the overall ISPY programme and will take place on the last two days. It will again provide conferences & workshops to suit the specific needs and interests of key decision makers from Inflight Retail, Concessionaires & Suppliers.

Airlines are incentivised to send a ‘delegation’ representing Crew, Crew Management & Buyers. The planned programme will enable all stakeholders to come together, to work and socialise. This combination we believe will lead to a better understanding and appreciation of the role everyone has to play in the success of their airline Inflight Retail offering.
