0800 – 0845 Arrival refreshments and registration – Regency suite

0845 – 0915 Welcome & introductions - Oxford suite

0915 – 1030 Getting to know you & the ISPY product range – Oxford suite

1030 – 1100 Refreshment break- Regency suite

You will be allocated a group 1, 2, 3 or 4 – stay in that group all Monday and Tuesday morning

1100 – 1215 Crew sales training session 1 –Osborne, Ambassador, Dukes and Sandringham rooms

1215 – 1300 Lunch – Regency suite

1300 – 1415 Crew sales training session 2 –Osborne, Ambassador, Dukes and Sandringham rooms

1415 – 1530 Crew sales training session 3 –Osborne, Ambassador, Dukes and Sandringham rooms

1530 – 1600 Refreshment break – Regency suite

1600 – 1715 Crew sales training session 4 –Osborne, Ambassador, Dukes and Sandringham rooms

1715 – 1730 Assessment Q & A – Regency suite

1900 – 2300 Welcome drinks & dinner – Lancaster & Clarence room. Dress code: Smart casual

Tuesday

0900 – 1015 Crew sales training session 5 –Osborne, Ambassador, Dukes and Sandringham rooms

1015 – 1045 Refreshment break – Regency suite

All crew together for written assessments 

1045 – 1130 Sales generating PA written assessment – Oxford suite

1145 – 1245 Effective use of product knowledge written assessment – Oxford suite

1245 – 1330 Lunch – Regency suite

Crew will be allocated new groups 1,2, 3 or 4

1320 – 1730 Group 1 - Individual practical assessments - Surrey suites

1330 – 1515 Groups 2, 3 and 4 - Crew sales training session 6 & team assessment – Osborne, Ambassador and Sandringham rooms

1530 – 1830 Rehearsals for those taking part in “ISPY’s Got Talent” – Oxford suite

1900 – 2300 Drinks, dinner & “ISPY’s Got Talent” sponsored by Britvic International – Oxford suite. Dress code: Casual

Wednesday

0730 – 1730 Individual practical assessments – Surrey suites

0800 – 0945 Group 1 - Crew sales training session 6 & team assessment – Ambassador room (for crew who completed their practical assessments on Tuesday afternoon)

All day Wednesday crew will work with their own airline team in the "Supplier Showcase"

0930 – 1300 Supplier showcase – Viscount room

All day refreshments in the Viscount room

1300 – 1400 Lunch – Regency suite

1400 – 1630 Supplier showcase continued – Viscount room

1900 – 2300 Drinks, dinner & ‘A night at the races’ sponsored by DFASS & Diageo – Oxford suite.

Thursday

0730 – 1400 Individual practical assessments – Surrey suites

0930 – 1300 Crew Suprise – Clarence room

1300 – 1400 Lunch - Regency suite

1400 – 1445 ISPY in the Dragons’ Den Part 1 – Oxford suite

1445 – 1515 Refreshment break - Regency suite

1515 – 1700 ISPY in the Dragons’ Den Part 2 – Oxford suite

Everyone will be allocated a group 1, 2 or 3
