How do I register?
You can register online at www.regonline.co.uk/ispy_2010. Registration is now open and airlines are invited to register their interest in the event, whereupon an invoice for 25% of each delegate fee will be raised. This invoice must be paid by the end of February 2010.
(This initial fee of 25% is non refundable, except in the circumstance of the event being cancelled please see our full cancellation and privacy policy below for further details).
We will need further details of your crew names and other delegates in June 2010 and will contact you before then for confirmation.

Travel Retail Training Ltd - Cancellation Policy
Travel Retail Training Limited (referred to in this document as ‘TRT’) is committed to providing high quality events to all its customers. We recognise that on occasions delegates will book onto events and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations we ask that customers notify us of their need to cancel an event booking as soon as possible
Similarly, TRT will on occasion find it necessary to cancel an event and when this need arises we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible.
The information below outlines the action to be taken in case of cancellation.
Cancellation by delegates on events for which there is an attendance charge:
General
If you need to cancel your booking/s for a chargeable event, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Please send cancellation details to the event organiser by email or by telephone.
Please inform the event organiser if you wish to send a replacement delegate, including their requirements ( e.g. diet, access etc), so we can ensure that we offer them the best possible service at the event.
Crew / Crew Mentor and Crew Training and Performance Management Entry Fees
If you notify TRT of your cancellation less than 3 months prior to the event the full cost will be payable.
If you notify TRT of your cancellation more than 3 months prior to the event, your 25% Airline intention of participation fee will not be refundable. If you have paid more than the 25% intention of participation fee, the surplus will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your notification of cancellation. Or you can substitute a member of crew or management.
Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend without notifying TRT of your cancellation the event fee will be payable in full.
ISPY+ Entry Fees (Airline Management and Airline Concessionaire)
If you notify TRT of your cancellation less than 3 months prior to the event the entry fee will be payable in full. However a replacement delegate may be substituted up until 1 week of the event.
If you notify TRT of your cancellation more than 3 months prior to the event, your 25% Airline intention of participation fee, will not be refundable. If you have paid more than the 25% intention of participation fee, the surplus will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your notification of cancellation.
Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend without notifying TRT of your cancellation the full fee will be payable.
Cancellation of an event by TRT:
TRT is committed to offering high quality events that meet the needs of delegates and will always aim to run events once delegates have booked onto them. Occasionally circumstances will arise which result in the need to cancel an event. When this is the case TRT will take active and positive steps to inform you as soon as possible by phone and/or email. TRT reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so.
Where TRT cancels an event that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund (or a credit transfer for a future event). Full advice on refunds/credits will be provided at the time of cancellation.
We need 75 participating crew if ISPY 2010 is to go ahead. If by the end of January 2010 we have not reached this figure then the event will be cancelled and all monies refunded.
TRT reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances and shall not be liable to recover any costs incurred to delegates as a result of a change in programme or event cancellation.
