Sunday 6th Nov - Its the final countdown! A week from now and the "Worlds greatest selling cabin crew" will be arriving in Brighton for the biggest ISPY ever!!!
Saturday 5th Nov - New awards structure - Three winners in each category, Gold, Silver and Bronze!
Friday 4th Nov - Crew - some new crew questions have been answered in the "Crew Assessments" section
Thursday 3rd Nov - Not long to go now! For those crew who have not yet joined, we have a Facebook group "ISPY Crew 2011"
Wednesday 2nd Nov - Remember to pack your full crew uniform for the 5 days. For the cabin assessment you should dress as you would on a normal flight.
Tuesday 1st Nov - If you get through to the final 10 of Dragons Den you will then need to present to the Dragons! If you plan to use a powerpoint presentation – you should have this ready on a memory stick.
Monday 31st Oct - 2 weeks to go!! Please checkout the updated Supplier Showcase information which is now on the website. All day Wednesday at ISPY will be Supplier Showcase day!

We strongly discourage participants bringing friends and or family. They will be unable to 'join in' any of the day or evening arrangements. No exceptions will be made.

Friday 28th Oct - Our registration desk will open at 4pm - 8pm on Sunday 13th Nov. You will then be given your brochure, programme and assessment time!....along with lots of other things!
Thursday 27th Oct - For those who requested the ISPY arrival transfer coach. Details have been updated on the "venue and transport" page.
Wednesday 26th Oct - National costume, posh frocks or black tie for awards night!
Tuesday 25th Oct - Make sure you have your Dragons Den entry ready for the Thursday at ISPY. You will not have any spare time to work on it once you arrive in Brighton!

Saturday 22nd Oct - We have now provided you with the ISPY inflight magazine, the bar packing plan, the finalists for Airline of the year, Dragons Den and ISPYs Got Talent. So hopefully everyone has everything that they need and we hope everyone is doing their preparation ready for the biggest and best ISPY ever!!!
Friday 21st Oct - If you are travelling back to Heathrow after ISPY on one of our coaches please be aware that the journey time can be around 2 hours - so please allow plenty of time for travel, check in and security!

Sunday 16th Oct - This years ISPY Crew trainers are heading to Brighton today for their ISPY advanced training week. They will then be ready to train at ISPY in 4 weeks time!
Saturday 15th Oct - 30 days to go!! The ISPY Inflight brochure will be released early next week!!!
Friday 14th Oct - Crew - Remember it will be full uniform all week during the day, casual on evenings and black tie, posh frocks or national costume for the awards evening!

Wednesday 12th Oct - Crew - please check your names are correct in the "Whos attending" as this will be what is on certificates and badges.

Wednesday 5th Oct - Product Knowledge reminder...the written assessment will include various components covering brand awareness, "features and benefits" and general ISPY brochure product knowledge. Remember - it is a competition!! Preparation will make the difference between winning and losing.
