All crew attending ISPY are regarded and known as ‘The World’s Greatest Selling Cabin Crew’, and such will receive a large bag of prizes kindly donated by our sponsors. Everyone will also get a certificate in recognition of being selected by their airline to participate at ISPY and for what they achieved during the event.

The awards are split into 2 groups; UK and Ireland, and the Rest of the World. Each group have a set of awards and each award also includes a Highly Commended certificate.

For example:

Sales generating PA: Highly commended certificate and Award

Product merchandising: Highly commended certificate and Award

There are 3 overall awards as well. One each for the UK & Ireland and the other is for the Rest of the World. The Title of ‘Inflight Sales Person of the Year’ goes to the crew member with the highest score from each of the assessments.

The crew who win either a Highly Commended certificate or an award earn the opportunity to participate in the ISPY advanced programme and become a Trainer at next year’s event.

ISPY publishes a Post Event Magazine and picture and details of the event are sent out to over 2500 people within the Travel Retail Industry.

Many airlines internally publicize their crew’s achievements at ISPY.
