Most of the training crew receive at ISPY will be delivered by last year’s winning crew.

The ISPY 2011 trainers would have participated and qualified in the ISPY Train to Sales Train Part 1 course, followed the specific ISPY Train to Sales Train Part 2 focusing only on ISPY training.

The subject matter will include:

Customer service
Sales generating PA
Effective use of product knowledge
Product merchandising
Maximising sales techniques
Sales awareness
Selling with emotional intelligence

Other sessions such as the Supplier Showcase and Product enlightenment are where the crew will gain lots of product knowledge and brand awareness and they are able to give feedback on the products to the suppliers.
